Your order
When you pay, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm your order. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
Small runs
Our pieces are made in small runs. If something sells out before we can send it, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See returns & refunds for how.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
