COURIER DELIVERY

Our standard courier delivery charge to home address is from £ 3.99 per delivery. The standard delivery service applies to most orders placed before 11:00 pm. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, TARO DESIGNS UK LTD will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. Next day delivery may not be available for Sale items. Orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on the next working Monday.
Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time you order. TARO DESIGNS UK LTD cannot guarantee the delivery times. No delivery services are available on a bank holiday. Over our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected, specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.

Free delivery offers are subject to availability and are NOT applicable to some personalised gifts, Taro e-Giftcards, Made to Measure and some selected items. Free delivery and other offer codes remain the property of TARO DESIGNS UK LTD, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any other form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

DELIVERY TO ALTERNATE ADDRESS

This service allows orders placed by KAREE account to be delivered to the account address as well as up to 5 other addresses. Additional delivery addresses can be added to your Account either during checkout or by logging into ‘My Account' and selecting the ‘Delivery Address' option. You must sign into your Karee Account with your password to use this feature. After the new address details have been entered we may ask you to authenticate the new address against your billing address by entering your credit/debit card details (the credit/debit card must be registered to your billing address). The payment will be taken from the card for the full order value. Once this order has been successfully processed, you can start having items delivered to alternative residential address. Alternative addresses may expire after 13 months if not used.

Gift Cards or eVouchers cannot be used to pay for goods purchased and delivered to an alternative delivery address .

DELIVERY TO DOORSTEP

To help reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep you and our colleagues safe, drivers have been briefed:

To maintain at least a 2 metre distance at all times.

To deliver your order to your doorstep. If you live in a flat the driver will still take this to your front door.

To not enter your home under any circumstance – sadly this means not even lifting your parcel(s) indoors for you.

Please note:

This information is for guidance only. Your expected delivery or collection date will be stated at checkout. Not all products are available for next day or named day services. Some delivery services are not available to all UK addresses due to courier restrictions. Courier Deliveries are made between 7am and 9pm. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. If your basket contains a mixture of Taro clothing and non-clothing products, the clothing products may or may not be delivered separately. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands or British Forces posted overseas.These additional delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given. Over our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected, specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.
