“Karee Clothing” is used as a trading name for branding purposes only.
These Terms are a temporary structure applicable until new regional arrangements take effect.
Content on the websites is for general information only and may contain errors.
Taro Designs UK Ltd does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or virus-free operation.
All designs, branding, images, content, and website materials belong to Taro Designs UK Ltd or its licensors.
No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without written consent.
Any unsolicited content submitted to us may be used freely without obligation.
We process personal data under UK GDPR and our Privacy Notice.
For Indian users, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 where applicable.

Taro Designs UK Ltd
is the sole seller and issuer of all invoices.
Karee Clothing Private Limited (India) may provide customer service, fulfilment, distribution, and returns handling, but is NOT the seller, importer, or merchant of record.
You must be at least 16 years old (18+ for India).
Orders are confirmed only once shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for fraud checks, incorrect information, or stock issues.
Prices display dynamically based on your region.
International orders may be in GBP, USD, INR or other currencies depending on your payment provider.
Where applicable, UK VAT is zero-rated for exports.
Orders to India are shipped via a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model.
This means:
All import duties, customs fees, and Indian GST are paid by Taro Designs UK Ltd.
Customers do NOT pay duties at delivery.
Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures.
To improve delivery speed and reduce environmental impact, we may:
Consolidate multiple India orders into a single bulk shipment to India
Clear customs under DDP
Hand over the consolidated shipment to Karee Clothing Private Ltd, who then
packages and distributes individual orders within India on behalf of Taro Designs UK Ltd
Karee Clothing India does not own the stock, does not act as the seller, and does not issue invoices.
UK: 2–5 working days
India: 5–12 working days (local delivery after bulk clearance)
Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high sales periods.
You have 14 days to request cancellation and 28 days to return the product.
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Customers pay the return shipping fee.
Because duties and GST are prepaid by us (DDP), refusing the parcel is not permitted.
Customers must accept delivery and follow the returns process.
This protects both parties from customs complications and lost duty payments.

Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected.
Refunds typically take 7–10 working days from approval.
Refunds may be reduced if items are returned worn, damaged, or without tags.
We will refund or replace defective goods.
For India, defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Payments for all orders worldwide are processed by Taro Designs UK Ltd into a UK bank or UK-based payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
No payments are collected by entities in India.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taro Designs UK Ltd is not responsible for:
Delays caused by customs or shipping partners
Losses caused by incorrect customer information
Minor colour or size variations
Service interruptions
Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
We may appoint third-party fulfilment partners (including Karee Clothing Pvt Ltd) to handle:
Local distribution
Delivery coordination
Returns processing
Customer service
These partners do not act as sellers or contracting parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Customers maintain any mandatory consumer rights available in their own country (e.g., India, EU).
Taro Designs UK Ltd may update these Terms.
Changes do not affect orders already placed.
